What: Officials from Limerick Institute of Technology’s (L.I.T) Department of Business will meet with companies operating across the business sector in the Mid West Region. The sessions will include briefings on the programmes offered by the Department of Business, information on L.I.T.’s students and graduates, and details relating to opportunities for companies in the Region. Members of the media are invited to attend. Photograph and interview opportunities will be provided.
Additional information about L.I.T.’s Department of Business:
- When the current first year students graduate, they will be the 50th year of graduates from the Department of Business. I have a photo of some LIT students standing in the shape of a 50 that we could potentially use.
- The Department is launching a new degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship this September
- 66% of LIT Business Graduates in 2010 have found employment (based on a recent survey)
